Scenic Cash Flowing Campground

Beautiful seasonal campground in the Arrowhead region of northern Minnesota.  This campground has more than 10 acres of land and over 50 full hook up RV sites in a pine studded secluded setting. The current owners have made great improvements during their time here, and have turned it into a easy to run operation that only takes one person to run. The current financials will offer a new owner cash flow even after paying the mortgage. This is a confidential listing, so all potential buyers will need to sign a non disclosure and also show proof of down payment funds.  Priced at 825,000  Contact John for more information  218 256 6565 or john@jmdsproperties.com
